Description
The CALABRIAN LONZA thanks to its refined taste and its lean meat is identified as a highquality cold cut in the Calabrian landscape and beyond.
It is obtained from the lean part of the pork loin, in fact it is composed of a minimum amount of fat, then itis salted and flavored with whole or ground black pepper and chilli powder.
Seasoning takes several months and is done in a cool and dry environment.
The Calabrian lonza is very good with pâté, preserves and local cheeses.
Ingredients: Pork meat, salt, chilli, dextrose, sucrose, natural flavoring, antioxidant : E300, preservatives: E250-E252.
