Description
The CALABRIAN SMOKED CURED RICOTTA is a unique and much appreciated product. It is a cheese with a white paste that is left to dry in the oven, which gives it a delicious flavour, all to be savoured. The calabrian smoked cured ricotta is also a particularly sapid cheese as it follows a dry salting process. Because of its texture, obtained after a certain period of maturation, this type of ricotta cheese is excellent for grating, and can easily replace grated cheese on all types of pasta or second courses.
Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep’s milk, salt, rennet, lactic ferments and smoked flavouring.
