Description
The Calabrian Pecorino Stracchinato is a tasty novelty in the wide range of cheeses. It is a dairy product made from 100% Calabrian milk. The Calabrian pecorino Stracchinato meets the stracchino cheese, resulting in a product with a slightly sour taste, salty and creamy consistency. The paste inside has a very bright white colour and a slight eye formation. It is an excellent cheese to taste as an appetizer.
Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep’s milk, salt, rennet, lactic ferments and smoked flavouring.
