Obtained from the processing of sheep’s milk, it is a cheese with a strong and decisive flavor. It is seasoned in a hot red pepper powder,excellent to taste as appetizer associated with salami, mashed olives, pickles or Calabrian paté.

Open the product approximately one hour before tasting it so that the product can regain its original flavor.
