Description
WHOLEMEAL CALABRIAN ROUND FRESE: are made from wholemeal wheat flour and are baked for a long time in a wood-fired oven. Like toasted bread, they are characterised by a particular crunchiness, what changes is only their rounded shape. The wholemeal Calabrian round frese are typical of our territory, they can be eaten traditionally soaked in water or with a little extra virgin olive oil, tomato, salt, oregano and chilli pepper.
Ingredients : Wholemeal wheat flour 55%,Wholemeal flour “0”, water, salt, beer yeast.
