Description
SPICY CALABRIAN SOPPRESSATA is a salami with an intense flavor and a fiery red color due to the presence of Calabrian chilli. It is produced using the most delicious cuts of pork, or thigh and loin, minced and mixed with salt, black pepper and spicy red chilli.
Soppressata is then left to dry in a dark, cool and dry place for about a month.
Like all Calabrian cured meats, this salami with a rounded shape and spicy taste is excellent to taste as an appetizer with good bread.
