Description

The Porcinello mushroom is the typical mushroom of the Calabrian greenhouses. This quality of mushroom has a delicious taste and its almost meaty consistency gives it a unique delicacy. The Porcinello mushroom are suitable as an appetizer, as a side dish for meat dishes, but also ideal for filling rich sandwiches or making unique stuffed pizzas, giving each dish with which they are combined an incomparable goodness. 

Ingredients: mushrooms (strofaria rugoso), sunflower oil, salt, vinegar, garlic, chilli, laurel.
