The CALABRIAN SMOKED SCAMORZA is a raw pasta filata cheese, produced with pasteurized whole cow’s milk, excellent to be tasted as an appetizer associated with cured meat, crushed olives, filling for sandwiches, Pickles or Calabrian patè.

Ingredients: Pasteurized whole cow’s milk, salt, rennet, live lactic ferments and smoke flavouring.
