Description
The CALABRIAN SMOKED CACIOCAVALLO is an excellent whole cow’s milk cheese, matured with a spun paste. It has a particular and original shape. Its flavour is strong and intense. The Calabrian smoked Caciocavallo also has a slightly spicy taste because it is left to mature for a couple of months. Excellent to be tasted as an appetizer associated with cured meat, crushed olives, filling for sandwiches, Pickles or Calabrian patè.
Ingredients: Pasteurized whole cow’s milk, salt, rennet, lactic ferments and smoked flavouring .
