The CALABRIAN ROLLED BACON takes its name from the processing that leads to itsrealization, this characteristic cold cut of our land was born following ancient recipes of our local traditions.

This fragrant and tasty sausage is obtained from the meat of the pig's belly, it is then salted and flavoredwith spices and chili pepper. After a short period of marinating in salt, the pancetta is rolled, tied and left to

mature for a few months. Inside it has a pink color with natural layers of fat. Thanks to its delicate taste, itis ideal to serve as an appetizer accompanied by good and crunchy homemade bread.
