CALABRIAN NDUJA is a cold cut that looks like a spicy and colorful paté that can be consumedin different ways. Produced in the Spilinga area, a village in the province of Vibo Valentia, it is preparedusing minced pork of Italian origin (guanciale, bacon and lard), sweet and spicy red chilli pepper and amodest quantity of salt. Smoking and seasoning give the product a unique taste making it a specialty to try.

The Calabrian Nduja is recommended to enjoy it spreading on bread or using it as a condiment for any type of pasta or, stillbetter with “ Fileja”(typical homemade Calabrian pasta).
