Tuna fillets in olive oil of First Choice this product is a speciality obtained from the careful selection and processing of the prized species of Yellowfin tuna, (Thunnus Albacare), also known as Yellowfin. This particular quality of “First Choice” tuna is distinguished from the others by its pink colour and the tenderness of its meat.

The processing of the whole fish takes place strictly in Calabria, in the Sardanelli factory, in Maierato, where the ancient tradition and art of the tuna masters is followed with care and attention, giving life to a product which is difficult to imitate.

 The unique and incomparable flavour of these fillets in olive oil makes this product ideal for even the most demanding palates. In addition, the practicality of storing them in glass jars makes it possible to preserve the product even better.

First Choice Tuna Fillets in olive oil are excellent as an appetizer or snack to be enjoyed with fresa, taralli or hard bread.

Ingredients : Yellowfin tuna (Thunnus albacares), 29% olive oil, salt.

Storage: After opening store in the fridge at 2-4 °C covered with oil and consume within 2-3 days.
