Description

MONACALI OLIVES are a Calabrian delicacy, they follow a long manufacturing process at the end ofwhich you get an excellent product to taste.

The monk olives are harvested when they are stillhard, unripe and with a colour between brown and purple, exactly in the phase prior to ripening.

They are ideal to accompany many dishes and also to be enjoyed as an aperitif.

Ingredients: Monacali olives, sunflower oil, salt, vinegar, garlic, chilli pepper, fennel, parsley, oregano.
