Description
The MATURED PECORINO CHEESE BLACKPEPPER a typical delight of the Calabrian tradition. Obtained from the processing of sheep’s milk, it is a cheese with a strong and decisive flavor, enriched with black pepper grains with a rich and slightly spicy taste. Its skin is dark and grooved. Excellent to taste as appetizer associated with salami, mashed olives, pickles or Calabrian paté.
Open the product approximately one hour before tasting it so that the product can regain its original flavor.
