Calabrian Turnip Greens Pate is a cream made from turnip greens, one of the most widely grown vegetables in Calabria (Southern Italy). A mix of unique and unmistakable flavours. Calabrian Turnip Greens Pate has a delicate texture and a strong, pleasantly bitter taste. It is ideal for spreading on bread and croutons to make a tasty snack or rich aperitif. But it is also an excellent ingredient for seasoning your first courses, such as the very traditional “Orecchiette pasta with turnip greens” a traditional recipe from Puglia, or for risotto lovers it is a good accompanying sauce. 

Ingredients: Turnip greens, sunflower seed oil, extra virgin olive oil 20%,garlic, onion and natural flavourings.

N.B: Once opening keep in fridge covered with oil.
