Calabrian Capriccio di Pesce also known as Sardella or Rosamarina in other parts of Calabria, is a spicy seafood-flavoured cream, made with so-called ice fish, very small fish, mixed with chilli pepper, oil and salt. Capriccio di pesce could be defined as the sea version of our famous Nduja. This is a preparation with an ancient taste. Is a product of strong and particular flavours, therefore it is a unique product, which must absolutely be tasted to understand its real goodness. The Calabrian Capriccio di Pesce it can be used to add flavour to many of your dishes, including fish-based first and second courses. It is excellent for enriching and making your starters unique, simply spread on fresas, bruschetta or croutons.
Ingredients: Sweet pepper 38%, ice fish 35% (neosalanx spp.), sunflower seed oil, hot pepper and salt.
N.B: Once opened, keep in the fridge covered with oil.
