Calabrian Artichoke Patè is a tasty speciality traditionally made from artichokes in oil, seasoned with spices and turned into a delicious cream, a delight to the palate. It is undoubtedly one of the most popular spreads. Phenomenal for making Calabrian aperitifs. In fact artichoke pâté is perfect with taralli or served on frese or toasted bread. It is also an excellent condiment for first and second courses, and a delicious ingredient for flavouring pizzas and focaccias. 

Ingredients: Artichokes, garlic, onion, sunflower seed oil, salt and natural flavourings.

N.B: Once opened, keep in the fridge covered with oil.
