TheBIO CALABRIAN LEMONS are harvested from October to June. Our production position favours a spontaneous mutation of the lemon that flowers and bears fruit four times a year. Each flowering has its own particular characteristics, but the spring one produces the best fruit, which is then harvested throughout the winter. The BIO CALABRIAN LEMONS have a fine skin, an intense yellow colour and produce an abundant, light-coloured juice with low acidity. We recommend using them for natural juices, liquors etc..
