ARTISAN CALABRIAN PACCHERI BIRIGATI : bronze-drawn pasta, handmade artisanal pasta, according to Calabrian tradition, with only natural ingredients, namely, whole durum wheat semolina flour and water, slow drying. We recommend seasoning the Paccheri Birigati with Amatriciana sauce, guanciale,pecorino cheese and with good Calabrian chilli, or as you prefer according to your personal taste.
