ARTISAN CALABRIAN PAPPARDELLE : bronze-drawn pasta, handmade artisanal pasta, according to Calabrian tradition, with only natural ingredients, namely, whole durum wheat semolina flour and water, slow drying. We recommend dressing the Pappardelle with Fresh sausage and porcini mushrooms, fresh cherry tomatoes, dried black olives or as you prefer according to your personal taste.
