HANDMADE CALABRIAN ORECCHIETTE : Handmade artisanal pasta, according to Calabrian tradition,with only natural ingredients, namely, whole durum wheat semolina flour and water,slow drying. Ideal with basil pesto, sausage and good Calabrian pecorino cheese.
